We went to turn on the AC yesterday around 5 P.M. and it would not switch from heat to cool. Zach, service tech, arrived the next morning, as soon as the storm passed, and located the problem within minutes. The Nest thermostat had to be replaced. It was not sending a signal to the reversal lever. Technician gave us several choices and had them available. He installed an Ecobee thermostat and now it's cooling just right. Thank you for your patience and completing a task in a short time.

Your technicians are conscientious of the work they do and knowledgeable. They even wiped their shoes before walking into my garage, that the dogs go in and out of.
